NCW Libraries had a great experience with Boundless Results! Jan Dwyer-Bang is an engaging, compassionate instructor and led us along a great path towards better leadership skills. In our time with Jan, we learned how to better understand ourselves as leaders, how our styles can impact our conversations and engagement, and how to  create a more functional type of leadership for our organization. Topics touched on included; basic supervision and management skills, communication, and team building. Additionally, Jan spent a great deal of time prior to our workshops engaging with us to ascertain what we needed as an organization. This included speaking with some of our leadership staff, working on the schedule and program with our Staff Development Manager and providing additional resources as necessary. Our experience with Jan Dwyer-Bang and Boundless Results was positive, motivating and full of growth. 

The participants in your effective communication workshop felt you were very insightful and you gave one of the best presentations of that type that they had participated in. Your open and honest approach provided a safe environment for staff to discuss and begin to resolve some of their personal issues regarding communication styles. We highly recommend you as a speaker/trainer/coach on communication and hope to see you here again in the future.

I can honestly say that Jan's leadership training is the only training that has lived long past the actual training days in over 23 years of taking classes.  Jan's engaging style, commitment to understanding our organization, and partnering with our leadership team helped make the leadership concepts learned such an integral part of our culture.  The concepts are used throughout the organization on a daily basis even 4 years after the initial training.  To me, that's a successful training and good use of taxpayer's dollars!
