Training & Keynotes :: Coaching :: Consulting

“Another great training session…and another great set of evals! Thank you for the 5+ years you have been helping Weyerhaeuser employees discover their talents and develop their skills. Your programs on leadership, empowerment, negotiations, written communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving are making a tangible, practical difference with our employees every day.

When asked why I keep having you back to Weyerhaeuser, I simply point to your consistent evaluations. The people who experience your programs describe you with some pretty compelling words: authenticity, energy, joy, genuine caring, humor, and confidence. My experience as a strategic leader in education has proven out that characteristics like these create right conditions for true learning to take place.

Jan, when it comes to delivering value and building strong professional relationships, you deliver. You’ll continue to be one of our most valued resources for leadership training.”
